We offer several convenient services to better meet the needs of our patients.

  Online Housecalls:  This is an innovative service designed to provide an convenient alternative to in-office medical visits for treatment of common health problems.  Conditions that may be appropriate for an Online Housecall include allergies, sinus conditions, sore throat, bronchitis, urinary infections, arthritis, impetigo, poision ivy, ringworm and many others.  It is not designed to be used for the diagnosis or treatment of medical emergencies.  Online Housecalls are available only to established patients of Full Circle Family Medicine. After the patient completes an easy to use medical interview program, this information is sent by secure e-mail to Dr. McNabb.  He reviews it and replies back to you.  If your condition requires a prescription medication, it will be called to your pharmacy.  We strive to reply to these requests within 4 hours during business days and within 24 hours outside of regular office hours.
  Online Housecalls is an added-value service that is not covered by insurance plans.  The fee for this is $38 - charged to your credit card.  Many people find that since a copay is required for a traditional in-office visit anyway, then the difference between $38 and the copay is worth paying to avoid taking time off work, missing wages, paying a babysitter or as a matter of convenience.  (If the doctor decides that the condition is not appropriately treated online, then your credit card may be charged a reduced fee only to cover administrative expenses and you will then receive alternate instructions.)

  Appointment Requests:  A request can be made online at any time of the day or night to schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment.  This service is free and we encourage you to use this as your primary means of contacting our office.

  Test Results:  If instructed by our office, you may receive your most recent test results online.  This service does not allow access by the patient to browse previous test reports.  There is no charge for this service.

   Preregistration:  Designed to collect information prior to a new patient's first office visit.  There is no charge to preregister.
